About Us
After 25+ years running complex projects end-to-end, Gary Flockhart kept hearing the same thing from clients: “I just want one person I can trust to organise the lot.”
From community facilities and residential renovations, to aquatic centre overhauls, and kauri track mitigations, he led multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safe, fit-for-purpose places the public rely on; on time and on budget.
Gary’s career spans more than 600 projects across sectors like commercial and residential, retail fit-outs, civil and drainage, sports and recreation facilities, playgrounds, coastal and river work, collaborating with engineers, iwi, consenting teams and government agencies to get difficult jobs done well. That breadth is now the backbone of We Got It.
Before launching We Got It, Gary led capital works delivery for Auckland Council’s Toru region at Green by Nature (formerly UMS), coordinating project managers and estimators across a full facilities portfolio. He built his reputation on clear scopes, tidy sites and proactive communication, the same standards that define We Got It today.
The name says it all: whatever the task, whether it’s building, maintenance, painting, plumbing, landscaping or full project management, you make one call, and We Got It.
